Return Policy

At Farm Raised Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or burned (for candles)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
